Hours

This is a super small, super relaxed, mom-run business so -- the hours are a bit chaotic.
Basically we check email everyday and will get back to you within 24 hours via this method. (Overall this will be your number one choice for communication with us).

Fine print

This section is long and boring, but...
...you should run through it if you expect to have unusual circumstances, or if you know you are a pain in the ass. -- To keep it simple -- no exceptions can be made to these policies.

Pennsylvania Residents:
We must charge 6% sales tax to Pennsylvania businesses and residents who have not filed a Sales & Use Certificate with us. If your order is being delivered in the state of PA and you have a valid business tax ID number, mail us a copy of your resale certificate prior to placing your order.

USPS - 'cause it's cheap:
As of November 1, 2007 all shipping is USPS with delivery confirmation unless otherwise requested in advance. Your delivery confirmation number will be emailed you to as soon as your item is posted in the mail.

International buyers should be aware that when shipping regular US mail we cannot track your package once it has left the states thus, if you would like to buy tracking and insurance on your package please contact me in advance so that we can arrange for US Priority Mail International with tracking. Also, we are not responsible for delays or losses do to striking workers, acts of GOD or terrorists etc.

Finalizing Your Order:
We can't make any changes to an order once it is finalized. Please check your order carefully before you finalize it.

PayPal Users:
We are not responsible for any delays in processing orders paid for through PayPal. Orders cannot be shipped until your payment clears. Orders of $150 or more paid for via PayPal must be shipped to an address that the PayPal system lists as being CONFIRMED.

Processing Time:
Orders placed online are generally shipped within 48-72 hours. Current processing times and delays are posted online during checkout. Email and payments made by US money order orders may take longer to process and ship.

Returns:
To ensure the purity of our products, we do not accept returns on opened products, so please read the following carefully. We are not able to issue credit on returns, and returned merchandise will be discarded. We are not able to make exceptions to this policy.
In the event that we make an error, we will of course gladly authorize the return of incorrect or defective merchandise and pay for the return shipping costs. You agree to carefully inspect your shipment, upon arrival and report any problems or need for replacement within 72 hours of arrival.
